JotPulse offers flexible pricing based on included AI minutes per month. Each plan includes a set number of minutes, with per-minute rates for additional usage. Plans start at $299/month (Launch) and scale up to Enterprise with custom pricing. Annual subscriptions save 15% compared to monthly billing, making it more cost-effective for long-term use.

If you exceed your included minutes, you'll be charged at the overage rate for your plan. Rates range from $0.11 per minute (Launch) to $0.05 per minute (Enterprise). You can monitor your usage in real-time through the dashboard and configure alerts to stay within your budget. We'll notify you as you approach your limit.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. All changes are prorated to ensure fair billing, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your plan change.
